Concrete Formwork
Formwork and structural preparation aligned before the pour, protecting dimensions at every stage.
Case study
What this project had to solve.
Formwork carries enormous pressure while the concrete is wet. A panel that shifts during the pour changes the dimensions of a structural element permanently, and the defect only becomes visible once the forms come off.
How the work was built
Panels are aligned and braced against the calculated pressure, joints are closed so the mix cannot escape, and dimensions are verified immediately before concrete is placed.
The result
Concrete elements that come out of the forms at the size and line they were designed to have.
