Reinforcement Grid
A measured reinforcement grid, tied and prepared for the pour that will carry the finished surface.
Case study
What this project had to solve.
Reinforcement only works where it actually sits. Bars spaced by eye, or left lying on the base without support, end up outside the concrete that is supposed to protect them, and corrosion starts from there.
How the work was built
Spacing is set out and checked across the whole area, laps follow the specification, and supports hold the grid at its designed height while the concrete is placed.
The result
A structural grid that stays where it was designed to be once the concrete covers it.
